Let's not forget how important it is to perform a routine maintenance on your AC system before the summer heat is upon us! Here is a list of  the items we will do; 

Spring Cooling Tune-Up Includes

                                               ·        Check refrigerant pressures

                                               ·        Check batteries and program thermostat as needed

                                               ·        Clean or replace filters (may be additional charges)

                                               ·        Inspect and clean blower cabinet as needed

                                               ·        Inspect condensate drainage and pump

                                               ·        Inspect and test motors

                                               ·        Inspect, clean and service air cleaner/humidifier

                                               (we will provide humidifier pad for additional cost.)

                                               ·        Inspect and adjust drive pulleys/belts

                                               ·        Inspect all electrical connections

                                               ·        Lubricate parts as needed

                                               ·        Check expansion valve and coil temperature

                                               ·        Check pressure switch cut- out setting

                                               ·        Test operating pressures

                                               ·        Inspect start capacitor and potential relay

                                               ·        Visually inspect compressor /Duct-work and check amp draw

                                               ·        Cycle system and check overall operation

                                               ·        Report any equipment deficiencies/potential issues
